About us

Phill Forostenko - Physiotherapist

Principal of Market Street Physiotherapy, Queen Street Physiotherapy and Albert Street Physiotherapy
Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist.

Phill is an accredited Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) Physiotherapist and also a member of the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia group and the Sports Physiotherapy Australia group through the APA. Phill holds a masters degree in physiotherapy as well as a bachelor degree in Sports Science and a bachelor degree in Exercise Science.

Phill has a keen interest in sporting injuries having himself competed at both a national and international level in hockey. Phill's sporting background and education in exercise and sports science gives Phill a unique insight into physiotherapy treatment and exercise prescription.

Phill also has a strong interest in the treatment of workplace related injuries, which are often in the form of back, shoulder and neck pain. Phill's focus is to not only directly treat the injury, but to also work with the patient to develop appropriate strategies and exercises to help prevent reoccurrence of these injuries.

Johanna Higgs - Physiotherapist

Johanna has experience in treating a wide range of conditions, and in particular working with athletes from a novice to international level, including being team physiotherapist for a men's senior rugby and women's soccer teams in New Zealand. She has a keen interest in not just treating the symptoms of injury but finding out and managing the cause of problems.

Johanna has completed advanced level courses in joint mobilisation and manipulation and has also gained a Post Graduate Certificate in Acupuncture for Physiotherapy, which she has found to be an excellent addition to her physiotherapy skill base.

Hugh Perrit - Physiotherapist

Hugh has a background in sports and manipulative physiotherapy and has spent many years working with club and regional rugby union teams in New Zealand. In addition, he has worked with nationally ranked and Olympic athletes to help them achieve their sporting goals.

Hugh has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has completed post-graduate qualifications in spinal manipulation enabling him to provide solutions for those with neck and back pain and dysfunction.

Hugh regularly attends post-graduate courses enabling him to pass on the benefits of the latest developments in physiotherapy to his clients, including exercise prescription and postural analysis and advice.

Jennah Grimsey - Massage Therapist

Jennah is a highly valued member of our massage team with experience in providing a variety of massage techniques including:-


• Deep Tissue Massage
• Sports Massage
• Trigger Point Therapy
• Swedish / Relaxation massage


Jennah holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage as well as a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice. Jennah is also an approved massage therapist with all of the major health funds - this means that any private health insurance rebate for remedial massage can be claimed on the spot at the time of your service.
